Fish cooked in delicately spiced sauce with garlic and corriander, fresh tomatoes and at your wish, fresh chillies. Fish is sourced from the bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean. Tillappia can be ordered as a fillet but Row and Ayre are on the bone, whichever you choose this is an amazing dish, delicate yet flavoured to satisfy your cravings
Ghust Ka Salom
Hanndi cooked lamb in a vary rich medium spiced curry with bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cardomom and ginger, this dish is slowly cooked to bring out all the flavours. This dish can also be ordered in advance on the bone for that extra traditional taste
Lal Mirchi Borta
Long sweet peppers grilled and pan fried, stuffed with a lightly spiced shredded chicken or aloo chat for that vegetarian option, served on a bed of cooked spinach
